By installing or using Puff Logger (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Puff Logger is a self-help tool to support your effort to quit vaping. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing nicotine withdrawal symptoms, mental-health distress, or any medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Puff Logger.

• Don't misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App.
• Don't use the App to violate any law.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; their refund and billing policies apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your platform settings before the renewal date.

Your logs, journal entries, and other content remain yours. By using features that sync to our servers (if any), you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the App for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

The App is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular health outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortex Lumora and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the App.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App or via the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
